No. Advisory, project comparison, documentation review and NRI tax guidance during your decision are free. We are paid a channel-partner commission by the developer when a booking completes, which we will tell you about openly.

Yes. Most of our investors are NRIs. Site visits can be done by video, documentation is shared digitally, and registration can be completed through a properly executed power of attorney. We will walk you through the FEMA routing and TDS position for your country of residence.
Nothing formal. Your rough budget, whether you want income or lifestyle use or both, your country of tax residence, and how soon you are thinking of acting. That is enough for us to tell you whether anything in the portfolio actually fits.
